How do I track a request in account servicing?

To track a request in account servicing you'll need the relevant account servicing privileges

Once you have these privileges, you should see ‘Account servicing’ in the top menu.

To view your requests, select 'Account servicing’, then ‘See all requests’ which will open in a new tab.

At first, you’ll see all requests that have been made on this account in the last 30 days. All requests have a unique identifier. The right-hand column will show you any actions that are required. You can click on the identifiers to view the details of each request.

You can also search for requests using either the ‘request number’ or the page filters.
