Some banks may refer to your Bank Identification Code (BIC) as a SWIFT code.

If you have an RBS account, your BIC/SWIFT will be: RBOSGB2L.

If you're asked for an 11 character BIC/SWIFT, just add XXX at the end.

To find your BIC/SWIFT and International bank account number (IBAN) on Bankline:

Select 'Accounts', then 'View account balances and statements'
Select the account you need the BIC/SWIFT and IBAN for
On the statement for the account, select '+ More account information' next to your account name
You'll then see them listed in the table below

If you're making an international payment and need the BIC/SWIFT code for the payee, you should check what it is with them.
